Fingerprinting, Background Check, & COVID-19 Vaccination Required

In order to maintain a safe environment for Rise Early children, staff, and the community, Rise Early conducts criminal records screening on employees and volunteers who have the potential for direct, unsupervised contact with the children.

When reviewing criminal records, Rise Early considers the safety of the children, staff, and community, the nature of the offense, time since conviction or sentence, the nature of the employees or volunteers work, and the positive impact the individual may have had within the community since the conviction or sentence.

By their start date, all new staff must be able to show proof of being fully vaccinated (two weeks after a two-shot or one-shot regimen) and having received the booster (if available, depending on course of vaccination) unless a reasonable accommodation is provided to and approved by the Rise Early HR department.
