Program Overview

We provide high-quality early childhood education (ECE) that is accessible to all children. Scholarships and childcare slots are prioritized for children from families with fewer resources and those who are residents of Rise on 7, improving access to Rise Early’s high-quality programming. Through ongoing and regular observations and assessments, Rise Early tracks the school readiness and developmental milestones of each child, meeting with families regularly. All children benefit from the high-quality and research-based curriculum.

The Role of the Child

We believe that all children possess a unique profile of intelligence. We consider children meaning-makers and active participants in their own learning process. Children are free to make plans and engage with materials, other children, and adults.

The Role of the Family

Rise Early provides a family-centered approach to education by engaging families as the child’s first teacher. Families collaborate with educators in order to strengthen their primary role as their child’s first teacher. .Families and Rise Early Learning Teachers are partners in the education process.

The Role of the Educator

Consistency and routines established with educators and environments provide emotional stability and foster learning and growth. Educators use observation and documentation of children’s work to respectfully support the whole child’s learning and development. Our goal is to continually foster relationships and encourage others to see the potential that exists when people come together with a shared vision and collective spirit.

Rise Early welcomes children of any race, color, ethnicity, gender, ability, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to children at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, gender, ability, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, scholarships, and other school-administered programs.
