The Rise Early Learning Center is a new 501c3 not-for-profit organization. Rise Early is being developed in partnership with CommonBond Communities as part of their proposed 120-unit Rise on 7 affordable housing development, consisting primarily of two- and three-bedroom, family-focused residences. The Rise Early Learning Center will be a four-star rated, fully-accredited, affordable, high-quality early childhood education center serving 62 infants, toddlers, and preschoolers within the complex. There are few examples in the country of affordable, high-quality childcare and affordable housing under one roof, making this partnership exceptionally unique.

Scholarships and childcare slots will be prioritized for children from families with fewer resources and those who are residents of Rise on 7, improving access to Rise Early programming. All children will benefit from the high-quality and research-based curriculum.
