Theory of Change
The Theory of Change identifies the evaluation metrics for documenting the progress and impact of the Rise Early Learning Center’s program. The Theory of Change will help to address challenges, evaluate the effectiveness of the program by measuring the outcomes for children and families, and will be helpful for making decisions and communicating to our community about the impact of the program.
The Rise Early Theory of Change is comprised of six key components, visually represented by the horizon of a sunrise, including the earth, sun, and sky.
-
Earth
The earth is foundational. Our guiding principles are to equitably support child development, provide whole family and family-led support, strengthen early childhood education professionals, respond to community needs, and commit to openness and trust.
-
Sun
The sun is aspirational. We are working toward young children and those who educate and care for them being fully supported. The partnership between Rise Early Learning, Way to Grow, and CommonBond Communities centers child development and provides the holistic support system needed via housing, wellness, and education resources that meet the needs of the families served.
-
Sky
The sky is envisioning. The vision of the Rise Early Learning Center is to help children and families thrive in a community of promise.
