Rise on 7
CommonBond Communities, one of the largest nonprofit, affordable housing developers in the Twin Cities, built 120 units of affordable housing on Hwy 7 in St. Louis Park called Rise on 7.
The Rise on 7 affordable housing development open in fall 2023. Included in the building plans was a 62-person child care center. CommonBond Communities has partnered to create a new child care center, Rise Early Learning Center. Rise Early provides the highest quality early childcare programming and curriculum and makes it accessible to our entire community.
